ABOUT US

CHIFA TITI has more than 60 years of experience since it was established near Chinatown (1950s). A modest beginning allowed survival and a difficult transition motivates the second generation to draw lessons from their coexistence between stoves and pots.

From the modest premises to the modern facility we reach the third generation. Its idiosyncrasy is revealed in the minimalist atmosphere with an oriental touch and the north of maintaining its Chinese roots. Against all odds, despite being of the 'third age', today it occupies an expectant place in Peruvian gastronomy as a representative of a Chinese-Peruvian fusion that attracts the attention of locals and foreigners, receiving awards at SUMMUM and Luces.

OUR MENU

Chinese food is really popular in Peru, a result from the cultural integration between Peruvians and Chinese people. The word CHIFA is only used in Peru. The taste of Chifa is adapted to the Peruvian palate.

Chinese food in Peru comes mostly from Canton, since the first migrants came from that province.
